When the exhaust fan is on, one-half or more of the heat of the gas flame is pulled down and out the exhaust before it ever reaches the pan. Even on high, a large pot of water won't even boil. The very expensive to replace electronic oven-control failed early. Some complain it has failed multiple times, probably due to heat and moisture coming from the oven because of bad design/insulation. This stove is not recommended! read full review »
