On 11th May I ordered flowers to be delivered in Virginia thru Proflowers website. I got a order confirmation from them as well… next day they sent a mail that my credit card was declined due to insufficient funds. On checking with my bank ( Mashreq) they confirmed that Proflowers have successfully blocked the funds on my card. Since then I have been exchanging mails with them.
