Dt 24.01.11 i bought nokia e5 from jayesh novelties located at dombivli (e), after 2.5 gone mobile suddenly hang. dt 14.4.11 i gone nokia service center at r r chembers, dom (e), on dt 24.4.11 i got new mobile as a replacement but which i got as a replacement same mobile having problems from first day. on dt 8.5.11 again i gone nokia service center for resolving my problems. now mobile in their custody. how would customer know he get a new mobile, your replacement note & imei no is not sufficient for that. read full review »
