I'm facing a network problem in my home for past one and half years. The signal is fluctuating a lot and can’t even complete single call. Definitely it will disconnect in between. I have raised this complaint to Airtel in Dec 2009. After they have conducted a network survey and confirmed that the signal is bad. But still the problem is not yet resolved by them. During the past one and half years I spoke to 100s of airtel customer care executives, Nodal officers and Appellate authorities. But no one knows the status of my complaint and keep telling me the same story that it will be resolved. read full review »
