Within 2 months of purchasing a bed (Beautyrest Skylar Firm 14838, from The Bed Gallery in Greensboro, North Carolina, the edged of the mattress along the bottom broke down. It now sags across the bottom. It feels like something inside is broken. After taking numerous pictures and sending complaints in the mail and calling the store, we were finally told we could have a new one for $60. This fee was for the store to deliver it to us.
