On 5/6/2011 after a month of several unreturned phone calls and emails concerning Desert Deuce sending me the wrong product and after receiving unsatisfactory service from Mr. Hilding's company "Desert Deuce" I made a complaint with the Phoenix BBB and also published a review on ResellerReviews.com (which Desert Deuce Promptly had censored and removed).
