I rented movies from them in march of 2011 and in may they want to charge my checking account for movies already paid for...They charged me $17.28 for the first time i swiped my debit card and they charged me $16.20 the second time i tried. They said it was from movies i rented in march..REALLY? I looked at my bank statement and those movies had been paid for already. Be careful with redbox. Their customer service reps are really rude and so is the supervisor amanda that i spoke with. I will never use red box again.. RENTERS BEWARE!!! read full review »
