I ordered a set of cabinets by telephone. All items were in stock and the order was placed with a delivery time of up to two weeks. This met my scheduling needs. One week later I received a call telling me my order was ready except for a key piece of cabinetry which was backordered for an additional 4 weeks, BUT not guaranteed even then.
