Ordered Service for my 88 yr old Mother for May 13th. This new service order was also for installation of a jack. It is May 19th and my Mother who lives alone is still waiting for a phone jack so she can communcate with family or to call for help with medical etc. Have called for 4 days straight and no one can assist. Continued to be informed that I can speak with a Supervisor but that never happens and they never call me back.
