I never had an overdraft limit, i never ever went overdrawn, I carefully sorted payments to creditors based on guaranteed funds being available, due to unfair payments being requested from creditors during each month the abbey charged me extensive ammounts to which put me in financial ruin as all funds i did have available were taken by abbey each month, on seeking advice I was informed to close my account as the abbey would not see reason. to this day I am still in financial ruin and they still will not listen.
