My phone was disconnected for non payment on April 26th (broke my leg, and didn't have money). I reconnected it on May 6th. Today I received a advanced notice stating that I needed to pay May 26th. I called the company and asked why if I paid for a full month on the 26th. The rep asked to verify my info by asking for an 8 digit pin that I never made or received during orginial purchase (over a year ago).
