I attended their workshop and paid $1200. for lifetime individualized mentorship on investing in tax liens. I was in the city for cancer treatment. Two reps. called me and asked me to send my resume as I had been selected to receive special mentorship. After numerious calls, the first passed me to his superior who requested $40, 000. for their assistance! Later, a new rep. worked me up and eventually requested $8, 000. for his assistance.
