I ordered a "Handheld Portable 12 Uv 380nm Blacklight Flashlight" from The Blacklight Shop on 2/28/11. I received the product on 3/4/11/. After three emails with no response, I finally was able to make contact with the Black Light Shp. At that time I was told how to return the blacklight and was told once it was received they would refund the dollars. As instructed by The Blacklight Shop, I returned the item to the address specified 4/25/11, they received deliver on 5/2/11. The reason for the return is that the light was not powerful enough to meet our research needs. As of yet, I have received no refund. read full review »
