Back in November 22, 2010 I authorized a Credit Card Payment of $15.00 to receive a copy of my Birth Certificate from Puerto Rico. To this day, I am still waiting for it. I'm glad that I have the option of disputing the payment, which I will do immediately. Is extremely unfortunate that a person can be a victim of a scam, when applying for such important documentation. read full review »
