I placed an order online, 8 days later called to check on the order, was told that it would be another 3 weeks. I cancelled the order. 12 days later they shipped the order anyway. I called to question why the order was shipped, they said that sometimes they don't have time to get the order cancelled. 12 Days should be enough time to cancel an order. They were very rude on the phone. They charged me $9.33 to ship the order and they wont pay the shipping for me to send it back. They said that they don't have any record of my cancellation even though I have the name of the person that I spoke to and the date of my call. read full review »
