I bought a "Micro Chihuahua" from Paula Manterola a few years ago. She told me that the puppy would grow to no more than 2 lbs. She also told me that the puppy was 12 weeks old and weighed 12 ozs. I paid close to $2000 for the puppy. When she came she weighed 2 lbs. I called her and complained and she said that she was done growing. The health certificate came from a vet in Texas.
