My Kenmore water heater started leaking within its warranty period (Sears agrees on that.). A Sears representative inspected the water heater and called in a replacement water heater with Sears. The Sears-contracted "Installation Team" arrived (empty-handed, no water heater in their van), took one look, and said I would need a different water heater.
