PLEASE, don't use QVC. What a scam they have. I bought a HP (mistake) computer 1 year and 3 day ago. My key board stopped working. QVC wont help me because I am over by 3 days...So my computer that costs 699.00 is worth less now...Thanks for the customer service QVC.. If I can convince one person not to buy from QVC.
