A house for rent was showing a backyard with grass, the inside of the home was okay. The home owners aggreed to fix the yard and make it acceptable for pets. after two weeks we were convinced by the owners that the yard would be ready by time we moved in. They had one month to fix the yard. We payed a $3, 000 deposit only to show up at the home with no yard at all.
