TWC runs so many scams. I stood in line waitting and heard a TWC handling a customer that had the same rate plan I had, but paying a lot less than I was. When I asked the rep why did the lady before me having the same service agrement that I had, was paying much less than I was, He said that our rates are different and so is our billing.
