I received a bill including charges for 3 international calls to Honduras. Two were made in the night while I was asleep and a third was made while I was at work. Time Warner insists the calls were made from my phone connected to my cable modem and will not reverse the charges. Also, turning the phone off will break the bundle deal and cause my internet/cable tv price to increase. NO MORE TIME WARNER!!! And I have been a customer of theirs since 1999. read full review »
