went in to play free games, someplace it asked for my information, I gave it, (DUH!), and then I saw a price of 39.99 and do not remember hitting a submit button. I never play anything but free games on the computer. I am 70 years young, but, obviously made some kind of mistake here, and I cannot afford a deduction of this amount from my meek little budget !
