I'll start at this site first to update it to most recent experience for 2011. I have NEVER in my 8 years of online purchasing experienced such a horrific customer/member website. After choosing a cute Mothers Day card, I purchased it with my credit card agreeing to the trial time allotted. Then I found an error and went to get the phone number to talk to a customer service rep.
