I ordered a chicken caesar salad wrap to have it delivered to my house to find out the lettuce was completely rotten and literally BROWN. I calmly complained to the basil's pizza manager and he told me it's because I didn't pay for the actual lettuce that it being rotten was acceptable! The complaint eventually got heated after I was told my money CANNOT be refunded for the spoiled food! Who knew that to order a wrap you had to pay separately for the lettuce? either way, that is not acceptable. read full review »
