Charged $15.99 regular delivery and an additional $7.99 for same day. The bouquet of one dozen roses was to be a surprise! The delivery person CALLED the recipient to get directions! I was livid! The website 'GUARANTEES SATIFACTION' and their definition of 'satisfaction' is to apologize and issue a $10.00 FUTURE purchase certificate. Totally useless, false advertising, and fraudulent.
