Dear Concerned, This is to highlight that I have called the AIRTEL representative to include my wifes name on the bills for reimbursement purpose as we both are working in HCL but to my utter disappointment they have disconnected both my connections today 20 may 2011. Reason stated is due to financial problem Incorrect reason documented. If this is the way AIRTEL being such a reputed Telecom company handle the query of their customer then it is really SAD that we choose AIRTEL as our service provider.
