Have been trying for days to reach an english speaking person about a billing problem, I had this same problem approx. 2 months ago no one at this place knows what they are doing. Hours left on hold. Trying to change the billing on my account and they are trying to CHARGE ME an additional $2.00 per billing. When I have reached cs they are rude refuse to provide customer service and for all purposes incompedent.
