I called 703-754-1200 today to cancel the 9.95 monthly charges. The conversation was unpleasant, but not overly rude. I did not get a refund, but should have the charge discontinued. While I am willing to take responsibilityfor not seeing these charges sooner, I am disgusted by the tactics used by this company. I bought flowers for a close friends' funeral and in order to have thrm delivered on time, I clicked whatever buttons came on the screen. How awful of 1-800-flowers to take advantage of people.
