it has taken over 2 1/2 years and in this time they have lost documents 3 times in which i had to copy and sent more copies to BAC and their failure to communicate with their parent company and failure to communicate with co-workers and keep track of files and confusion and everyone that i speak to once is not available the second time around and every person i speak to has a different answer and doesn't understand the previous answers that i got from another person and does not have all the information. this is very stressful and not... read full review »
