Google search "Home Direct Shipping Amazon" and look at all those reviews. Hey, at least they're consistent!! I wish I had know that Home Direct was going to ship (or hold, or never deliver, or avoid calling to schedule an appt, or whatever they ultimately end up doing with) my TV before I had purchased it.
