These people moved their business without notifying customers. When I purchased 2 services I went to their facilities to ensure cleanliness & professionalism. When I went for the service it was closed. I called their 800 # in NY and they informed me they had moved. The new place is a dump. Dirty and unprofessional. When I requested an option they proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I have tried to contact someone in their Corporate offices unsuccessfully. I am unable to get anyone to call back. They will not reimburse my money or offer an equivalent service at an acceptable facility. read full review »
