I ordered a mattress at overstock.com.I called them to check on the delivery.The lady on the phone said sarcastically that she couldn't understand a word of what I was saying (except the word mattress!).Yes I have an accent but usually people understand me very well.After repeating all the information needed, she then told me that she couldn't answer my question because the order was under my husband's name.I find it very disturbing that I was told by " a customer care representative" that my English is not understandable...
