I paid Paul Valencia 700.00 dollars to reupholster the seats in my 1968 mercury cougar, he picked the seats up and i paid him the money on May 12, 2011 he said that they would be finished that following Tuesday he has not answered his phone and when i went to his place of business on may 19th there was an eviction notice on the building window.
