I got my first ever laptop for college last August and since within the first week of receiving my laptop I experienced nothing but problems!!! Between my laptop refusing to connect to the network or my printer deciding when it wanted to work I have had enough. I just sat on the phone with a representative for over 2 hours trying to connect my laptop to a new wireless network since I just recently moved and have a new router.
