I broke a tooth, and went to them to have it fixed. I sat in the dentist's chair for over an hour before she came in. She barely spoke a word the whole time, except "Open Please". There was no warning of when I was going to have a needle enter the roof of my mouth, just stuck it in, and made me squirm. She proceded to "fix" the tooth with some compound, and a blue light.
