I bought a dress for my daughter, she is a petite 13 yrs old, so I ordered it custom. I followed the instruction on the site and submitted the measurement (it's very straight forward) When I received the dress, it's a big disappointment. The dress is way too short, from shoulder to hem is only 25 inches, from waist to hem only 12.5 inces, the bust and waist is 2 inches smaller than the measurement I provided.
