As with all others that have complained about BIDRACK.COM, I have had the same experience. This is what I am now doing and have posted this on their support line. I suggest that each of you file a dispute with your bank and your states Attorney General. I am also going to file with the US Attorney General. Spread the word, pass it on! What I wrote to them...
