Tmobile is hands down the worst cellular company to join. I had multiple problems with my phone and their customer service is so incompetent. I went through the same troubleshooting over 6 times. I contacted their headquarters but they refused to waiver my cancellation fee due to insufficient trouble shooting. Now my bill is ridiculous full of BS surcharges because I didn't contact them in advance to cancel my contract. They are the worst cellular company and highly unrecommended.
