Recently the regular employees had their hours reduced in order to provide shifts to new employees. This move has been implemented to the detrement of the regular staff as well as to those who are regular customers. The new servers are not only slow, causing long lines at the drive-in, but they also mix up the orders. I visit Berger King almost every day and can tell immediately upon entering the Parking Lot whether the regulars or the "newbees" are running the show.
