I ordered 2 complete sets of DVD's from Planet DVD-- they did not work. I was supposed to be able to return them within 15 days, but there was no address. I think they were sent to me from China. My emails have gone unanswered and there is no telephone number to call. My next step is to contact the BBB. read full review »
