Kirby vacuums are too difficult to handle, too heavy. They are so noisy that EPA and OSHA should both issue warnings on them. They do not do a better job than most others and they are far too expensive. I would far rather use use a $39 sweeper from Walmart. We have missed many important phone calls because we can't hear the phone over the noise of this piece of junk. read full review »
