I signed up to get television services in a family vacation home in September 2010. We weren't able to get it hooked up until November due to their scheduling issues. I should have taken this as a warning sign, and pressed forward. Since then it's been bad from the beginning. I found them because I was calling around to several companies in the area inquiring about deals.
