Have been unable to use my DELL XPS for over 1 1/2 due to the defective video cards they put in them and have had to wait for the class action suit against DELL to be finalized that required them to replace it. Once settled/approved I sent my laptop to their "Depot" for repair. After 2+months I received it back - DOA/ NOT WORKING. They replaced/ fixed a few additional items while they had it including the battery adapter plug on the back which was they installed the WRONG one.
