Ground beef is always mixed with the unfresh ground meat. Store employees try to hide dark color meat inside of fresh one to make illusion of fresh ground meat. When I told them they said that the meat gets dark color quickly. This is not true. When I buy ground meat in the other stores, the meat is all fresh and right red color.
