My son was attending a daycare owned by a woman named TERI RANSOM that I thought was licensed. She was shut down recently for 'lack of supervision' which stemmed from child on child sexual abuse. This woman has been operating without a license for several years as she was shut down in 2005 because her 13 year old daughter was found to have abused a 4 year old.
