It's simple as this, Barbara Graham screwed up and refused to take responsibility, so i was blamed and terminated for a mistake she made in 2006. This company has always been micro-managed. Barbara basically believes that if you do not have a degree, you do not deserve to be paid a decent salary, no matter how well you do the job.
