This employer is taking advantage of the 90 day trial working period that is set by MA state employment laws. NPWS in Worcester hires people, only to let them go before the 90 day period. They do not advertise their employment positions as being temporary or for a short period of time and lay the employee off before being able to work long enough in order to meet the requirements to become eligible for unemployment benefits.
