I too got suckered, The lure of free bids without telling you there will be a massive charge for you to actually use them! I "won" a $15 gift card that cost me $100! I have written to them several times and only received a robot response. Sadly I had shared my "win" on facebook before realizing the horror of this company and now several of my good friends are out money as well. I was thinking about not going disputing the charge cause I thought I must have missed something but seeing all this crap they are doing and all the stories match mine...I am fighting it!
