I SUBMITTED AN ORDER FOR COLLEGEN CREAM FOR A CHARGE OF $4.95 SHIPPING ONLY, THEY WITHDREW $ 98.00 from my account. I did receive the cream with no paperwork inside, the bottle was not even made properly. No phone number to call, when I go to the website and try to sign on, it will not pull up.
