We engaged Sylvia Scott in connection with a securities fraud investigation. Despite Sylvia Scott impressive appearing resume, she did not appear to know very much. Her approach was to promise a quick fix rellying on her contacts at FINRA. Instead, she pawned of the matter on inexperienced 2nd year associates. She was a glorified investigator at FINRA, and does not really understand private practice.
